Written Examination: Candidates found to be potentially suitable will be invited to appear in-person for Written Test on Monday 30th December 2024 at 0900 hours in the Auditorium of Advanced Pediatrics Centre, PGIMER. Short-listed candidates who clear the Written test will be required to appear for interview on the same day at 1100 hours.
  2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a verification process to confirm their credentials.
  3. Interview: Selected candidates will be interviewed to evaluate their suitability for the role.

• Application received in any other format will not be entertained.

• Applications not in the above format will be rejected without further communication.

• Applications fulfilling the Eligibility criteria and submitted in the appropriate format, will be acknowledged.

No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for the Written Test or Interview.

• Those invited for the Written test should bring the original and one attested photocopy of their application form with all documents viz Govt. issued Photo identity (such as Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.), Class X certificate, Class XII certificate, proof of qualifications, experience certificate, proof of SC/ST/OBC status, etc. Candidates who fail to bring these documents will be disqualified.

• Selected candidates will be expected to join on 01 January 2025. There is no scope for giving an extension to the joining date.
