Staff Nurse Jobs Kadapa A.P. 150 Posts: The Regional Director of Medical and Health Services,  Kadapa, invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of 150 Staff Nurse vacancies on a contract basis.

The Merit List of this notification is valid for one year for the purpose of filling upcoming vacancies if arises any.

The Candidates who are already selected and working on contract basis under Notification No.05/2022, dated on 01.12.2022 & 01/2023 Dt. 20.09.2023 of the DPH&FW, A.P are not eligible to apply.

The age will be calculated based on candidates age as of July 1, 2024.

Additional age relaxation is applicable as per AP govt rules. Relaxations will be as follows:-
a) For SC, ST, BC and EWS candidates: 05 (Five) years.
b) For Ex-service Men: 03 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces. c) For differently abled persons: 10 (Ten) years.
d) Maximum age limit is 52 years with all relaxations put together.

2. Fill Application FormFill the application form completely.
3. Submit the Application Form along with necessary documentsThe filled application form needs to be submitted along with self attested documents(mentioned below) at the address given below:

4. Submission DeadlineThe application must submitted on or before January 17, 2025, by 05:00 PM. (on working days)
Late applications will not accepted.

Please Note: An acknowledgment slip must be issued by the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services on receipt of the application immediately with check-slip of enclosures.

  1. 10th or its equivalent (for date of birth verification).
  2. Certificates of qualifications as required for the post applied by the candidate.
  3. Proof of appearance for the qualifying examination wherever applicable.
  4. Marksheets of all years of qualifying examination or its equivalent.
  5. In the case where marksheets not available/submitted, marks will be calculated as per applicable rules.
  6. A valid certificate of registration in A.P.N.M.C / any other council constituted under the relevant rules for specific courses wherever applicable.
  7. Study Certificates/ Marksheets from class 4th to 10th from the school where the candidate had studied.
  8. In case of private study, local candidature certificate for that particular 7 years period preceding the year of passing X class from the competent authority in Form Appendix I certificate of residence prescribed vide Sub clause (ii) of clause (a) of para 7 of the Presidential Order (proforma is herewith enclosed in the Official Notification).
  9. Candidates who have migrated from Telangana shall submit certificate of local candidature as per GO No 132 & 133 dt: 13.06.2017. In the absence of the suitable certificate, the candidate will be considered as non-local and further proceeding will be as per rules in force.
  10. A Copy of valid caste certificate. In case where of a valid caste certificate not submitted, the candidate will be considered as OC.
  11. Valid EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) certificate in case of the EWS categories.
  12. Certificate of disability issued in SADAREM.
  13. Service certificate to claim claiming weightage for Contract/outsourcing/honorary service, Service certificate is to be issued by the controlling officer concerned (DM&HO/DCHS/ Principals of GMCs / Superintendent of GGH / Any competent authority who appointed the applicant). (Service Certificate proforma is enclosed in official notification)
  14. If the service certificate not submitted, the candidate will not be given service weightage.
  15. All the documents must be Self-attested by the candidate before final submission.

Note:- Candidates must submit clear and visible documents, if not submitted application will be summarily rejected.

Applications submitted without the above documents will be rejected.

1.Weightage up to 15% will be given to the candidates working on Contract /Outsourcing/Honorarium service basis in the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh who are appointed as per ROR in Open Transparent manner including COVID-L9service as shown below subject to their Satisfactory service certified by the competent authority.

2.. Weightage to contract employment based on their working area:

(i) @ 2.5 marks for every completion of six months in Tribal Area

(ii) @ 2.0 marks for every completion of six months in Rural Area

(iii) @ 1.0 marks for every completion of six months in Urban areas

The tenure for the Staff Nurse on contract basis is initially one year from the date of joining in the post and may be extended for further period as per the instructions issued by the Government from time to time.

a. Selected candidates should stay at the bonafide Head Quarters compulsorily.

b. Appointed candidate should abide by the Government rules in force regularly from time to time.
