- The candidates who have migrated from Telangana, they shall submit certificate of local candidature as per GO No 132 & 133 dt: 13.06.2017. In the absence of the suitable certificate, the candidate will be considered as non-local and further proceeding will be as per rules in force.
- Valid caste certificate. In case where of a valid caste certificate not submitted, the candidate will be considered as OC.
- Valid EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) certificate in case of the EWS categories.
- The Certificate of disability issued in SADAREM.
- Service certificate to claim weightage for Contract/outsourcing/honorary service, the Service certificate is to be issued by the controlling officer concerned (DM&HO/DCHS/ Principals of GMCs / Superintendent of GGH / Any competent authority who appointed the applicant). (Service Certificate proforma is enclosed in the official notification)
- If the service certificate not submitted, the candidate will not be given service weightage benefit.
- All the documents must be Self-attested by the candidate before submission.

Tenure of appointment
The initial tenure for the Staff Nurse on contract basis is 01 year from the date of joining (DOJ) in the post and it may be extended for further period of time as per the instructions received from the Government from time to time.
The Selection Committee reserves all the rights to terminate the contract services for any candidate/candidates at any time by issuing a notice one month prior to termination or as per directions of the Government from time to time.
