- Visit the Official Website: Go to the official MPESB website at esb.mp.gov.in.
- Click on the Recruitment Link: Look for the link related to Group-5 Paramedical and Nursing Staff Recruitment.
- Fill out the Application Form: Enter all the required details accurately in the online application form.
- Upload Documents: Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the Application Fee: Pay the application fee based on your category (₹500 for General/OBC candidates and ₹250 for SC/ST/Divyang candidates).
- Submit the Form: After filling in the details and paying the fee, submit the application form.
- Take a Printout: Print the application form for your records.
The applicant must attach the following required documents with the online application form by getting them scanned. In the absence of these, the application form will not be accepted:-
(i) Colour photograph of the candidate, signature and own handwritten note.
(ii) 8th/10th or 12th mark sheet for proof of birth date of the applicant.
(iii) Caste/Category Certificate issued by the concerned officer for caste/category certification of SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates.
(iv) Disability Certificate issued by the concerned officer to differently abled candidates.
(v) Certificate issued by the concerned officer to contract employees. (vi) Bonus related certificate on priority basis (like NCC certificate and others).
