- Contractual Honorarium: During the contractual service period, a weekly lump sum honorarium and other amounts will be provided as per ROP. No other type of allowance/facility will be given. The contractual service period will be extended based on satisfactory annual work evaluation.
- The selected candidate’s service can be terminated by giving 01 month‘s prior notice or one month’s salary as per the HR Policy rules. Similarly, the selected candidate must give 01 month’s notice before resigning, otherwise, one month’s salary must be withhold by the department.
