Superannuation.— (1) A person appointed under the provision of these rules shall retired from service on the afternoon of the last day of the month in which be attains the age of 60 years. Provided that the person whose date of birth in the first of a month shall retire from service on the afternoon of the last day of the preceding month of age of sixty years.
No person shall be granted extension in service beyond the age of retirement of 60 years.
Liability of Services.— Any person appointed to any post under rules shall be liable to serve anywhere in India or aboard.
